Terms of Service
ZunoSim provides global eSIM data services by facilitating access to third-party telecommunications networks. Please review our full terms of engagement below.
1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by ZunoSim Global Ltd.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. Your access and use of the Services constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and ZunoSim. ZunoSim may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services at any time for any reason.
2. The Services (Reseller Disclosure)
ZunoSim acts as a digital intermediary/reseller. The Service provides users with cellular data connectivity through "eSIM" profiles.
Third-Party Providers:
You acknowledge that ZunoSim does not operate its own mobile network infrastructure. The data connectivity is provided by third-party Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Roaming Aggregators. Consequently:
- ZunoSim is not responsible for the underlying network quality, coverage, or outages caused by the Third-Party MNO.
- The availability of 5G/4G/LTE speeds is subject to the technical capabilities of the local network in your current destination.
- Network maintenance performed by Third-Party providers may temporarily impact your service.
3. eSIM Usage & Device Liability
A digital eSIM profile is generated upon purchase. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
- Compatibility: It is your sole responsibility to check if your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked. Devices locked to a specific carrier (e.g., via a contract) will not be able to install ZunoSim profiles.
- One-Time Installation: Most eSIM profiles are for single-device installation only. Deleting the profile from your device usually renders it unusable, and a new purchase will be required.
- Activation Period: Unless stated otherwise, eSIM plans must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Unused plans expire without refund after this period.
4. Data Usage & Fair Use (FUP)
Plans are sold based on data volume (GB) and duration (Days).
- Start of Service: Validity begins either upon installation or when the first byte of data is consumed, depending on the specific plan purchased.
- Fair Usage: For "Unlimited" plans, the local network provider may apply a Fair Usage Policy. This means that after a certain daily threshold, speeds may be throttled to 128kbps or 256kbps until the following day.
- Monitoring: Usage is calculated by the underlying network providers. In the event of a discrepancy between device-based tracking and provider-based tracking, the provider's data shall be final.
5. Detailed Refund Policy
As ZunoSim provides digital, instantly delivered products, our refund policy is strict:
- Full Refunds: Only issued if there is a verified technical failure on the part of ZunoSim or our Network Partners that prevents the service from working, AND our support team has been given the opportunity to troubleshoot.
- No Refunds: Issued for device incompatibility, "locked" phones, accidental deletion of the eSIM, or if you simply "change your mind" after purchase.
- Partial Refunds: May be considered at ZunoSim's discretion if a service outage occurs mid-plan, proportional to the remaining data/days.
6. Prohibited Use
The Service must not be used for:
- Illegal file sharing or copyright infringement.
- Operating automated "bot" services or server hosting.
- Any activity that violates the local laws of the country in which you are roaming.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ZUNOSIM DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
