1. The Service

Zuno provides digital e-SIM (embedded SIM) profiles for global data roaming. The Service is a digital-only product. No physical SIM card will be mailed to you. By purchasing a plan, you are acquiring a limited, non-transferable right to access mobile data networks in specific geographic regions provided by our roaming partners.

2. Eligibility & Device Requirements

Before purchasing, you must verify that your device is:

  • e-SIM Compatible: Check your manufacturer specifications.
  • Network Unlocked: Devices locked to a specific carrier (e.g., via a contract) cannot install Zuno e-SIMs.

Note: Zuno is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices. Refunds will not be issued for these errors.

3. Data Usage & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

While we offer "Unlimited" plans in certain regions, these are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. If a user's data consumption exceeds typical travel usage (as determined by local network partners), Zuno reserves the right to reduce data speeds to ensure network integrity for all users. Reselling of data via hotspots for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Activation & Validity

The validity period of a data plan (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) begins either:

  • Immediately upon successful installation/download.
  • Upon first connection to a supported network in the destination country.

Refer to your specific plan details at checkout to confirm the activation trigger.

5. Network Coverage & Quality

Zuno utilizes local Tier-1 networks. However, signal strength and data speed (5G/LTE) are subject to location, local infrastructure, and weather conditions. Zuno does not guarantee a minimum speed or 100% uptime in all areas of a covered country.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, a refund can only be requested if:

  • The e-SIM cannot be installed or used due to a technical error on Zuno's end.
  • The e-SIM has not been used or installed (within 14 days of purchase).

Once data usage has been recorded or the e-SIM has been activated, the service is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: copyright infringement, harassment, or any activity that violates the laws of the country in which you are roaming.
