Zuno Global ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our global travelers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our digital e-SIM services and mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Technical e-SIM Data

To provision and activate your e-SIM, we collect device identifiers such as your EID (Embedded Identity Document) and IMEI. This is strictly required to route the digital profile to your specific hardware.

Usage Information

We track data consumption (MB/GB used) and connection timestamps to manage your plan validity and provide technical support. We do not inspect the content of your internet traffic.

Account & Payment Data

We collect your email address for sending QR codes and receipts. Payment details are processed by secure partners (like Stripe or PayPal) and are never stored directly on Zuno servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Generating and delivering your e-SIM QR code.
  • Network Management: Authenticating your device with international roaming partners.
  • Support: Troubleshooting connectivity issues in specific countries.
  • Compliance: Meeting legal obligations in the various jurisdictions where we operate.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. To provide global connectivity, we share the minimum necessary technical data (EID/IMEI) with our Roaming Partners (telecom carriers). These partners are strictly prohibited from using this data for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Usage logs and technical session data are typically purged after 90 days, unless required for legal or billing dispute resolution.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, Zuno provides the following rights to all users:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Portability: Transfer your account data to another service.

Security Note

We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transfers. Your e-SIM profile is encrypted during delivery to ensure it cannot be intercepted or used by unauthorized devices.
