Go to Cellular Settings

Before you start, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection. Open your iPhone's Settings app and find the Cellular menu.

Pro Tip: On some iPhones, this menu might be named "Mobile Data" instead of "Cellular".

Add eSIM Profile

Inside the Cellular menu, look for the option to add a new plan. Tap "Use QR Code" and scan the code we emailed you.

Ensure you have your QR code open on another device or printed out to scan it.

Label & Set Defaults

Once installed, Apple will ask you to label your plans. Label your new plan as "Travel" to easily tell it apart from your home SIM.

  • Default Voice Line: Keep your Primary SIM so you don't miss calls.
  • iMessage & FaceTime: Keep your Primary SIM.
  • Cellular Data: Select your new Travel eSIM!

Activate When You Land!

You're almost there! Once you step off the plane at your destination, go back to your Cellular settings and select your Travel eSIM.

Ensure these two settings are ON:

It may take 1-3 minutes to connect to the local network for the first time.
