Before you start, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection. Open your iPhone's Settings app and find the Cellular menu.
Inside the Cellular menu, look for the option to add a new plan. Tap "Use QR Code" and scan the code we emailed you.
If you can't scan the QR code, tap "Enter Details Manually" at the bottom of the scanner screen on your device.
Once installed, Apple will ask you to label your plans. Label your new plan as "Travel" to easily tell it apart from your home SIM.
You're almost there! Once you step off the plane at your destination, go back to your Cellular settings and select your Travel eSIM.
Ensure these two settings are ON:
It may take 1-3 minutes to connect to the local network for the first time.
Connect to Wi-Fi. Open your phone's Settings app and navigate to the Network menus to add a new SIM.
Find your SIM management section. Tap the + icon next to Mobile Network (or SIMs), and choose to download an eSIM.
Scan the QR code provided in your ZunoSim confirmation email using your phone's camera. Tap Download when prompted.
Wait a few minutes for the profile to install.
If you can't scan the QR code, tap "Need help?" or "Enter manually" at the bottom of the scanner screen.
Copy the manual activation string from your confirmation email and paste it into the Activation Code field. It usually starts with LPA:1$.
Scan the QR code from your network provider
Enter the activation code provided by your network provider.
When you arrive at your destination, open the settings for your new ZunoSim eSIM.
Toggle these ON:
