We're sorry to see you go. Please review the information below regarding the permanent deletion of your ZunoSim account.

What will be deleted?

Personal Identity

Your name, email address, and saved payment methods will be permanently removed.

Active eSIMs & Data

All active data plans will be terminated immediately. eSIM QR codes will become invalid.

Wallet & History

Unused wallet credits will be forfeited. Transaction history will be anonymized.

How to Request Deletion

Send Deletion Request

You must email us from the same email address associated with your ZunoSim account.

OTP Verification

To ensure it's really you, our support team will reply with a One-Time Password (OTP). You must reply to the email with this code to confirm.

Permanent Deletion

Once verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email.
